You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to the generated revenue.

We maintain the highest standards of confidentiality. All shared information, including but not limited to financial data, subscriber information, and content, will be treated with absolute discretion. We will not disclose your identity or details of our business relationship without your express written consent. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". NORTH SERVICES MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, North Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and as an integral part of these limitations of liability, the user expressly acknowledges that any numerical, statistical, percentage information, user testimony, case study, performance metric, revenue projection, or any other quantitative or qualitative data presented in our marketing materials, website, business presentations, or promotional communications of any nature, constitutes illustrative material for demonstrative and educational purposes exclusively. Such data and figures do not necessarily reflect, represent, guarantee, or predict actual, historical, or future results applicable to any specific client, and may include theoretical assumptions, simulations, statistical aggregations, or extrapolations based on hypothetical models that have not been independently verified. Consequently, the user understands and accepts that such numerical and testimonial representations should be interpreted solely as indicative examples of the service's theoretical potential, and that individual results may vary significantly depending on multiple external factors including, without limitation, content quality, audience size, market conditions, competition, personal effort, and specific circumstances of each particular case. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless North Services, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any claim, demand, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of North Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Either party may terminate the business relationship with 30 days' prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we deem violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Any compensation due up to the termination date will be processed as agreed.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your consent to such changes.
